Well, never made it to the YMCA in the morning, but I've been doing pretty good with my work outs lately.  I've been sliding a little bit on eating right, the countdown is beginning!

Life is really starting to get in the way of my work-outs, which means that I must get creative.  During the school year, I don't like to go work out in the morning before work as I have a Junior High daughter at home and want to make sure she's up and getting going for school, but now that school is out, it's time to do that.  Since my back surgery 3 years ago, morning is not a good time for my back either, it gets stiff, but I don't have much of a choice now.  It's either get up and do homework before work or work out, and lets face it, it's easier to get my body moving that early than it would be to get my mind working!  So, my goal for the week of 6/9, is to get to the YMCA at least 1 time in the morning before work in addition to my other work outs, and then after that week, 2 times a week.  I'll let you know how I do!
