So the past 2 weekends of traveling have made it a little hard to get my exercise in, but I surprised myself by not doing too badly on the scale. I am back in the swing of things now, eating right exercising, and I'm finally going to the YMCA to get my free membership after work today. Haven't had time until now! Only 2 1/2 weeks until the next weigh in! Work hard everyone!
