I don't say this very often, but I can't wait for work tomorrow. I tend to eat better and work out more on the weekdays than on the weekends! I need to get back to my daily grind and stop all the other things in life to distract me.
Tracy McCarthy of Mentor said it's time to get her health on track. She said various body pains are a signal that it's time to carry less weight.
